Tahap kedua berlangsung pada 6 November 2025, berfokus pada manajemen keuangan usaha budidaya. Materi disampaikan oleh Tetty, S.Pi., M.Si (Dosen Sosial Ekonomi Perikanan) yang membekali peserta dengan keterampilan pencatatan keuangan, studi kelayakan bisnis, serta strategi pengendalian biaya. Sama seperti sesi sebelumnya, pre-test dan post-test diterapkan guna mengukur efektivitas pembelajaran. Rangkaian kegiatan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas para peserta dalam menciptakan aset produktif yang berkelanjutan dan diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Khairul Hafsar, S.Pi., M.Si., selaku ketua tim Pengabdian mengatakan, \u201crangkaian kegiatan ini bukan titik akhir\u201d. Ia menegaskan bahwa pendampingan yang mereka lakukan justru akan berlanjut di tahap paling penting: praktik nyata membangun kolam lele bioflok di lingkungan pesantren. \u201cSatu paket bioflok sudah kami siapkan. Peralatannya sudah dibeli, dan sekarang kami menunggu tahap pemasangan kolam,\u201d jelas Khairul. Dalam pandangannya, membangun pengetahuan saja tidak cukup. Ada proses panjang yang ingin Kami kawal hingga benar-benar memberi manfaat bagi pesantren. \u201cHarapan kami sederhana,\u201d lanjutnya. \u201cKami ingin mendampingi Ibnu Abbas sampai benar-benar panen, bahkan hingga pemasaran. Kami ingin budidaya ini tumbuh sebagai aset yang hidup, bukan sekadar program pengabdian yang berakhir begitu saja setelah rangkaian kegiatannya selesai\u201d.
Melalui semangat peserta yang tinggi dan hasil evaluasi pembelajaran yang positif, tim pengabdian UMRAH optimis bahwa budidaya lele berbasis bioflok dapat direalisasikan di lingkungan pesantren secara tepat dan berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal bagi PPs Ibnu Abbas dan pesantren lainnya menuju kemandirian pangan serta penguatan ekonomi yang lebih baik.
